The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

 

The Team

Caitlin R. Sterchi, DC: Ideal Protein Clinic Director and Health Coach:
Dr. Caitlin Sterchi graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 2008 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She has an emphasis in overall heath and wellness, including nutrition. She became interested in Ideal Protein due to the heavy scientific approach of the program and all the different populations it can help. She feels the best way to target the obesity epidemic and make a difference is through educating people of the right kinds of food to be eating, so they can further effect change with their families, children, and friends. Her hobbies include working out, being outdoors, and spending time with family. Dr. Caitlin is married to Dr. Jason Sterchi, who is in private practice (Sterchi Chiropractic) in Yorkville, IL. Together, they have two children, Chase and Campbell.

Danielle Penge, Health Coach (AFAA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor):
Danielle has worked in the health and wellness field since 2007. She enjoys working one on one with patients and seeing them progress through their rehabilitation. Danielle believes in a personal approach making each patient feel comfortable with their therapy. Danielle is married and has three children and in her free time enjoys competing in races and spending time with friends and family. She became interested in Ideal Protein due to her passion to help people meet their personal weight loss and overall health goals.
